Cyber-bullying in Northern Ireland

On the 14th of November 2011, Northern Ireland will take part on the anti-bullying week, this includes 650 schools around a kind of small island.
As according to the department of educational research, they found out that 15.5% of year 6 pupils and 17% of year 9 pupils surveyed have experienced cyber-bullying in the past few months. Three quarters of the teachers from post-primary schools says that cyber-bullying was more prevalent.
When the anti-bullying week started, Mr. Lee Kane quoted,"We are overwhelmed by the interest from both schools and parents in this year's anti-bullying week." 
I believe that bullying will last for a long time because there are still racism all around the world and also discrimination between the people and where they come from. However, bullying is also a sign of weakness, or if there family has problems, they just want to express it all out onto somebody. In my opinion, I think that cyber-bullying will last all the time because social networking still can't prevent this from happening, in a matter of fact, it will never prevent it from happening.
