Sopa stands for Stop online piracy act and pipa stands for protect intellectual property act. Now the user generated news reddit and the blog boing boing are taking part of the blackout. However, Twitter has declined to join the shutdown. The worst, is Wikipedia and Google, almost all of the people uses google and wikipedia to get information and now the best sources are closed down. What next?

I think that it is a really bad idea and I disagree with it completely, I think that everyone should have their own free source of things so we can gain vast knowledge about the world around us and our surroundings.
